This product-centric outlook sounds like a reasonable approach to running a business. But this mindset means hundreds of product/company-centric decisions that end up moving the customer further and further from your decision-making process. And ultimately, the outcome is a customer experience–and sometimes a product or service itself–that just isn’t resonating with the customer.
