Our Passion

At Kinetic Growth Partners, our passion is building teams and building businesses. Our business was founded on a simple belief: businesses achieve their greatest potential when they put the customer at the center and build accountable, high-performing teams around them.


We combine your intelligence with proven strategy, practical systems, and hands-on leadership to help businesses build confidence, clarity, and capability. And because no two companies are the same, we practice what we preach by immersing ourselves in each customer’s unique reality—designing growth strategies and playbooks that fit your market, your team, and your goals.

Our Focus

We work with early stage and midsize businesses focused on growth. We primarily work with B2B organizations. We have extensive experience with healthcare, technology, service, and manufacturing companies, and have proven results with companies across many other industries as well. We focus on organizational and functional (sales, marketing, product, customer success) growth strategy, and also have an expanded expert network that we draw on for engagements that require deep specialization in other functional areas.

About Matt

Matt Mulherin, Kinetic Growth Partners’ founder and Principal, has spent over 20 years leading and advising organizations at every stage—helping scrappy startups move from concept to product-market fit and fundraising; directing small and midsize companies through aggressive growth; guiding large enterprises to growth through reinvention and expansion.


Matt has led functional growth teams (sales, marketing, product, customer success) directly and led executive teams to align cross-function planning, activities, and results. He draws on his collective experience as a proven business executive, entrepreneur, angel and VC investor, advisor, and board member to help businesses drive significant financial growth by:

  • Building organizational structures, compensation models, and goal-setting systems that set teams up to win.
  • Designing a clear growth strategy revolving around a real customer need that an organization is uniquely positioned to solve.
  • Creating organizational- and team-specific plans and budgets/P&Ls to align activities across the organization with allocation of people, resources, and capital.
  • Developing playbooks for sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams that turn strategy into consistent execution.
